ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
The symposium will provide oral and poster presentations. Abstract submission is the mandatory step to attend this symposium as a presenter. The scientific committee will decide the eligibility of the papers based on the submitted abstracts. Accepted abstracts will be included in the symposium proceedings if they are presented in the symposium.
All abstracts must be electronically submitted by the submission deadline. The general guidelines for abstracts are as follows:
- Language: All abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Word Limit: The abstract should be at least 250 words and no more than 300 words.
- Format: The abstract should be submitted in a single paragraph without subheadings, tables, or figures.
- Title: Clearly indicate the topic of your paper.

Authors: Below the title, include the full name and affiliation of all authors. The corresponding author should be indicated, and his/her email address should be given.

Keywords: Provide 3-5 relevant keywords related to your topic.

Abstract Body: It should briefly describe the research objective, methodology, key findings, and significance of the study. Ensure that your abstract is free from grammatical and typographical errors.
The abstracts must be prepared according to the template (click the link below). Abstracts that are not formatted according to the provided template will be returned to the authors for revision.
Presentations
- Oral presentations should have the following characteristics;
- 15 minutes will be given for each presentation (questions included).
- The oral and poster presentation will be delivered in both Turkish and English.
- Speakers to present in a session with up to five other presenters with similar themes.
Presentation Policy: Each registered participant may present up to two oral presentations and one poster presentation under a single registration fee.
Poster Preparation Guidelines
- Size: Posters should preferably be prepared vertically in 70 × 100 cm dimensions.
- Text: Poster text should be easily readable from a distance of 1–2 meters. Standard fonts (Arial, Times New Roman, etc.) should be used.
- Poster title: 54 pt (bold and uppercase). The entire title must be written in capital letters and should not exceed two lines.
- Author names: 42 pt (bold). The corresponding authors’ e-mail addresses should be written immediately below the names in smaller font size.
- Affiliations: 36 pt (regular, uppercase and lowercase). The institutions represented by the authors should be indicated with superscript numbers corresponding to the authors' names. Institutional addresses should be placed below the author names.
- Section headings: 30–36 pt (bold and uppercase). Main text: 32 pt (regular). References: 18 pt (regular). Color: For visual comfort, neutral or gray tones should be used for the poster background, and dark tones should be preferred for the text.
