REGISTRATION AND FEES

Registration for the 5th International Forest Entomology and Pathology Symposium will open by early May, 2026. Stay tuned for updates!

The registration fees are as follows;

*International participants attending the symposium from outside Türkiye will have the opportunity to deliver online presentations and no registration fee will be required. Completion of the attached registration form is necessary for online presentations.


Registration Inclusions;

Registration includes attendance to all symposium sessions on 7-9 May, 2026. Full registration also includes delegate pack, name badge, Certificate of Attendance, digital copy of symposium proceeding book, lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments, and entry to the Welcome Reception.

Presentation Policy: Each registered participant may present up to two oral presentations and one poster presentation under a single registration fee.

**Please note: Early Bird registrations for the symposium must be paid in full. If payment is not received by March 23, 2026, the registration fee may be charged at the standard rate.
