VENUE AND ACCOMODATION


Venue

This symposium will take place in-person and online at the Kuzeykent Campus of Kastamonu University in Kastamonu, Türkiye. Kuzeykent campus is the main and only campus of Kastamonu University. Kuzeykent campus is situated approximately 3 kilometers from the city center along Daday Road. Spanning 237 hectares, it serves as the central hub for the university's academic, administrative, and social activities. The campus accommodates a diverse academic environment, including 15 faculties, 3 institutes, 2 colleges, and 13 vocational schools. It also houses 24 research and application centers, 17 coordinatorships, and the Central Research Laboratory (MERLAB). A Technology Transfer Office further supports research and innovation initiatives.

The venue, the Central Library of Kastamonu University, boasts a seating capacity of approximately 800 people. The symposium halls in the library facilitate academic and cultural events. The halls are well-equipped with modern facilities, providing an ideal environment for keynote presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities.

Two guest houses located on the Kuzeykent Main Campus are available for participants who prefer on-campus lodging:
1) Mevlüt Beyribey Guest House Situated on the southern side of the main campus, Mevlüt Beyribey Guest House is approximately a 10-minute walk from the symposium venue. For reservation details and further information, please visit

2) Parlayan Yıldız Guest House Located within the Faculty of Tourism building, Parlayan Yıldız Guest House is about a 5-minute walk from the symposium venue.
